  I am a constant visitor of your Norton Ohio location. If it's cheap quick pizza we want it's you that we come to. Little Ceasers has no comparison even with all its variety. However my last experience although it was a very pleasant one was a diamond in the rough (thus far). Majority of the time I have visited, your hot and ready claim did not hold true. I have had to wait about 10 min to get my "hot and ready" pizza of one particular time was cold by time I got it home (the center was cold and I live about 5min away).
  Lastly we have noticed that your signage reads 4.99 and 3.99 for Pepperoni/cheese pizzas respectfully. This store charges $5 and $4 for the pizzas. While one penny may not seem significant to you and me in the course of our day it is a big deal to a business. If you sell 200 pizzas per day that's an extra $2 per day Which over a year is a good amount of money. I usually ask for my pennies and get a weird look when I do but it's false advertising no matter if it's a penny or whatever.
